Levi Stephens is a DC area R & B soulful singer/songwriter who combines soul, folk, and gospel elements to his musicianship to make him a throwback to the golden era of soul music. Opening is comedian Seaton Smith who has performed on Opie & Anthony's "Virus" tour as well as in the Montreal Comedy Festival.
