South Carolina Retail License. Separate from a City of Rock Hill Business License, all businesses operating inside the state of South Carolina must obtain a South Carolina Retail License. For information to obtain a SC Retail License, please contact South Carolina Department of Revenue via email at taxregistration@dor.sc.gov or at 803-896-1350.
An FSE Grease Discharge Permit. This can be found at Food Truck and Mobile Vendor Fats Oil and Grease Permit Application | Rock Hill, SC (cityofrockhill.com) , or you can reach out to the GMP Official at 803-329-8703. (FOOD TRUCKS ONLY)
DHEC Inspection. Information regarding SCDHEC regulations can be found at SCDHEC.gov or by calling the Environmental Health Manager at 803-909-7373. (FOOD TRUCKS ONLY)

TENT VENDORS: Please note that you will be required to submit a City of Rock Hill Business License, Retail License, and SC Sales Tax.

Any other applicable federal, state, and local permits and/or licenses required to operate in Rock Hill, SC.
