Get Out of Town! Day Trip to Artisphere in Greenville, SC

ROCK HILL, SC – The Arts Council of York County is hosting a bus trip from the Center for the Arts, 121 E. Main St., Rock Hill, SC to Artisphere in Greenville on Friday, May 11, 2018. The bus will depart from the Center for the Arts at 9 AM and will return at 6 PM.

Sit back and relax. Enjoy the ride! Let the Arts Council handle the driving to Artisphere - a premier cultural celebration of fine art, music, food, and fun over three days in Greenville, SC.

Find your happy medium at this year’s event! With 135 artist exhibitors from all over the nation, event-goers are sure to find artwork for their living room, corporate office, or home studio. There’s music by artists from the Catskill Mountains, NY and Kalamazoo, MI to North Hampton, MA and Nashville, TN.

Hungry for more? The Culinary Arts Café will temp your taste buds with delectable from local restaurants. You don’t’ know what you’ve been missing if you haven’t tried Pimento Cheese Short Rib Sliders or Parmesan Truffle Fries from Larkin’s on the River! Greenville’s local cuisine will satisfy your cravings.

Looking for a bit of fun? Artisphere is sure to deliver with activities in the Clemson University STEAM Exhibit. There, event participants can Code for the Carrillon Bell Tower, Draw with Robots, or snap a selfie in the Infinity Photo Booth!

Tickets are $70 for members of the Arts Council, and $75 for the general public. They include transportation to and from the event.
